6 Month Program

Research shows that it takes 6 months to make permanent, sustainable changes.  After going over your health goals, concerns, and needs, Eat Clean Health will customize a 6 month health program that educates, inspires, and supports you in reaching those specific goals. The 6 month program equips you with the knowledge, tools, and time to create lasting changes that result in optimal health and balance.

The 6 Month Program Includes

  • Two 50-minute sessions per month to discuss goals and progress
  • Specific recommendations, notes, and handouts to help achieve health goals
  • Unlimited email support between sessions
  • Healthy, delicious recipes and cooking tips
  • Exercise guidance and inspiration
  • Menu Planning and Preparation
  • Support to fuel the dietary and lifestyle changes you want to make
  • Nutrition information, guidance, handouts and resources
  • Time, sleep, and stress management tips
  • Free giveaways, such as books, kitchen tools, and food

 

 

3 Month Program

Clients of the 3 Month Program receive the same information, counseling, and resources as the 6 month program, but in half the time. Think of it as a slightly faster track to optimal health, with the option of continuing on a month-to-month basis after the initial 3 months is over.

1 Month Intensive

The 1 Month Intensive is a fantastic way to get condensed, one-on-one support that addresses your specific health goals and nutrition needs. After our health consultation, Eat Clean Health will customize a 4 week program and prepare nutrition information, handouts, and lifestyle guidance that covers the areas of health and wellness you’re most interested in.

The 1 Month Intensive Includes

  • Weekly 45 minute sessions
  • Informative nutrition information, guidance, and handouts
  • Recipes and cooking tips
  • Unlimited email support between sessions
  • Menu Planning and Preparation
