Jodi presents group workshops at fitness centers, health food stores, corporations, private venues, and schools. Workshops are available as an individual 1-2 hour event or a series of 4-6 seminars that address a wide range of health topics.

Energizing, nutrient-dense food is imperative to good health. Many people avoid cooking, lack basic kitchen skills, or falsely believe that delicious, healthy meals are too complicated to create at home. You provide the venue and I’ll provide the skills, information, and enthusiasm to prove that cooking is simple, fun, and tasty!

Options Include:

  • Two hour cooking class for 4-10 people, including recipes, handouts, and meal suggestions
  • Customized cooking class and recipe ideas centered on the specific nutritional needs of the group, couple(s), or family.
  • Two hour personalized cooking class for 2 people that includes meal planning, recipes, and handouts
  • Gluten free and dairy free cooking classes, complete with recipes, suggestions, and healthy alternatives






One Day Intensive

Kick start your health goals with a clean slate. After assessing your specific health goals and needs, Jodi will come over and clean house! Together we take an honest account of what is, what isn’t, and what should be in your kitchen. Then we head to the nearest grocery store, where Jodi helps you navigate the pitfalls of food shopping. The intensive ends with a healthy kitchen overflowing with fresh, delicious staples that encourage and support all of your nutritional needs.
