WILL I BE STARVING?
Not at all! There are recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there is room for snacks in between. Every meal is delicious and created by a fabulous chef to nourish your body from the inside out. This program is not about starvation or deprivation, and we are not counting calories or dwelling on carbs. You will feel satisfied with every bite. If you do get hungry, eat! There are extra snack and dessert recipes included to keep you satisfied and thriving. 


CAN I STILL EXERCISE DURING THE PROGRAM?
Absolutely! Please workout during the program! If you feel tired or have low energy, exercising restores both strength and energy. During this program, you will be eating protein and drinking plenty of liquids, so there’s absolutely no reason to stop exercising. Eating cleaner may even improve your workout performance. If you have any specific concerns about your health and physical activity, please consult your doctor before beginning the program. 


WHAT TYPE OF PROTEIN IS ALLOWED ON THE PROGRAM?
As with all aspects of this program, you have options! You can eat plant or animal-based protein, which will be listed out for you in the Recipe Booklet and suggested meals. There are many ‘clean eating protein sources’ to choose from you, ranging from seeds and lentils to lean, clean animal sources, so whatever your protein preference, you have plenty of choices. 


AM I ONLY GOING TO BE DRINKING JUICES?
Not at all! This program is all about eating delicious, nutrient dense meals that help your body eliminate toxins. Yes, smoothies and juices are part of the program, but you’ll also have a wide variety of salads, soups, entrees and even desserts to choose from. 


WILL I FEEL EXHAUSTED OR WEAK DURING THE PROGRAM?
Quite the opposite. During the first few days, you may feel fatigued as your body flushes out toxins and adjusts to the absences of refined sugar, but after that, you are going to be amazed at how strong and energized you feel. This program is all about finding out what work specifically for YOU, so listen to your body’s needs and take advantage of the constant support, resources and step-by-step guidance I provide you with, helping you move through the program with ease.  


I ALREADY ‘EAT CLEAN’. HOW CAN THIS PROGRAM HELP ME?
Yippee that you already eat clean! That’s fantastic! Many people who eat ‘clean’, however, still have toxins and build up in the body. This program will help you continue to take your healthy habits to the next level. Changing up the foods you eat and how they are prepared gives your digestion time to rest and reset, which is helpful for anyone regardless of their current eating habits.


WHAT SIDE EFFECTS MIGHT I EXPERIENCE?
This varies from person-to-person. Some people go through this program and feel nothing but energized, while others may experience fatigue, irritability or headaches as they begin to eliminate toxins and rejuvenate their digestive system. Symptoms are usually mild and only last 1-2 days. For any severe reactions, consult your physician immediately. And keep in mind that you will have all the tools, support and recommendations you need to keep these symptoms at bay and work through them.
